Ingredients:
1 large russet potato, thinly slice ( I used a mandolin slicer to get even thin slices)
Cooking Spray
Salt (or any other seasonings you may want on your chips)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Place baking sheet in oven.
Place potato slices on paper towels; pat dry.
Arrange half of the potato slices in a single layer on the preheated baking sheet coasted with cooking spray.
Sprinkle with salt or other seasonings.
Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes.
Turn potato slices over; bake an additional 3-5 minutes or until golden. (Keep an eye on them, as they don’t take much to burn)
Repeated procedure with remaining potatoes.
Serve by themselves or with your favorite dip! I just used sour cream!
