Grandma’s Succotash

*Keep in Mind this is a “Grandma recipe” so some measurements are not exact!*

Ingredients:

1 cup Elbow Macaroni

3/4 cup Minute Rice

1 lb of Ground Beef

1 16oz Can Tomato Sauce

16oz pack of Velveeta

Milk

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

Brown hamburger in a skillet & drain

Cook macaroni noodles & drain (I usually don’t cook them all they way, as they can finish cooking in the oven)

Mix beef, macaroni, minute rice, and tomato sauce in a roaster.

Cube the Velveeta and put in a microwavable bowl

Add milk to the Velveeta (enough to cover all of the cheese) *see where Grandma comes in here*

Microwave until the cheese is completely melted.

Add melted cheese to the roaster and mix together well.

Warm in the over for 20-30 minutes.
